All dreams lead to Spain! And we are ready to welcome you here with ease.
That’s the spirit behind gottaloveSpain. We started our journey in the Canary Islands in September 2022, when Jonna founded the company with the vision of helping people from around the world make Spain their new home. A year later, in December 2023, Diana joined as co-founder after we first met on the local dancing scene—a friendship that quickly grew into a shared passion for creating smoother relocation processes.
We know from personal experience how exciting—and sometimes overwhelming—it can feel to settle into life in Spain. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to guide others through the maze of Spanish bureaucracy with clarity and care. Whether it’s obtaining essential documents like your NIE number, driver’s license, or residency permits, or simply understanding the steps needed to feel at home here, we’re by your side every step of the way.
Spain has something for everyone—whether you come for the culture, the cuisine, the landscapes, or the opportunities. Many arrive for a short stay and quickly feel the pull to remain for longer, sometimes even for a lifetime. Has visited 50 countries before settling down in the Spanish islands.
Born in the wrong part of the world—hates the cold and aims never to see the snow again.

A non-conformist and free spirit, yet a control freak comfortable with bureaucracy.
An expert in paperwork on workdays; a dancer, model, and extra actress outside of her main occupation.
Jonna Wagner
An environmental Engineer with a big passion for the ocean and dance.
Fluent in 5 languages, but different ones than Diana!
Has lived in 5 continents and loves to call the Canary Islands her home.
Born in Tokyo during an earthquake! But no worries, earthquakes occur frequently there :-)
A world citizen who is so happy to have found her fellow world citizen Diana as a business partner!
A wannabe surfer, although currently it seems bodyboarding is easier to learn!
